Add ability of bulk import to include link owner for ongoing management

I'd like the ability to set a domain-level redirect from http to https since this needs to be done at the server level.

Ability to upload our own favicon to the custom links with link cloacking turned on.

Add the ability to enforce Two-Factor Auth for all members of a team as an added security measure.

When I first created a screenshot via your Chrome extension, I realised that it reirects to another page to display the image. It would be nice if they were automatically cloaked so it looks as if the screenshot is on my custom domain.

In the teams edition I want to be able to see who created the shortlink from the Dashboard and filter by creator.

It would be great if it's possible to track URLs that are not in the link list. So a kind of 404 tracking.

In Clicks Stream there is no back arrow button to go back a page once you've gone forward.

The ability to organise short links into folders/campaigns to better find and collect stats on short links.

If you enable a forced SSL redirect in Domain Settings, it remains as a 302 redirect rather than 301. I think it should be 301 by default.
