We have short-links we maintain as a team and would like to be able to specify multiple editors (ideally an LDAP group) for a link.

Ideally, we could use SCIM and "Group Push" to map AD groups to specific teams. Another solution could be to allow users to create their own "team" or group structure that can be assigned to the link permissions of a link or collection of links.
